Process overview

The stages below show the core steps of production and how the stone's particle size decreases along the way.

    Stone Extraction

Stone, the raw material of production, is extracted from its natural source in mountainous terrain.

The process begins with extracting stone from its natural source in the mountains. This stone is the raw material for every processing step that follows.

    Processing and Crushing

The extracted stone is processed and broken down into smaller pieces, ready for grinding.

The extracted stone goes through initial processing and is crushed into smaller pieces, preparing the material for the grinding stage.

    Grinding

The crushed stone is ground progressively finer until it becomes a powder.

During grinding, the crushed stone is made progressively finer until its granular structure reaches the consistency of a powder.

    Mosaic Powder

At the end of the process, natural stone becomes mosaic powder.

After extraction, crushing and grinding, the natural stone has become mosaic powder — the product of Karadeniz Mozaik.
